Precise Detection of Metallic Contaminants: Our detector uses high-frequency electromagnetic technology to detect a wide range of metallic impurities, including ferrous and stainless steel contaminants, in your bakery products.
Bakery-Specific Design: Tailored to meet the needs of the bakery industry, the COSO Conveyor Metal Detector is equipped with easy-to-clean surfaces and durable components that can handle the high-speed nature of bakery production lines.
Considering size of small biscuits, machine adopts smaller conveyor roller for better connection with other machines.
Factory is ISO9001 certified, machine is CE certified, belt is FDA certified.
Inclined conveyor can be customized.
Machine has self-learning function, can store 200 sets of product parameters.
Fast and Accurate: Detect contaminants in real-time as products move along the conveyor belt, ensuring zero tolerance for foreign objects that can affect quality and safety.
