Product Description
Pipeline metal separator is designed to remove metal contamination from products. It's widely used in plastic, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and other industries. It's able to quickly detect and automatically separate iron, copper, aluminum, stainless steel and other metal impurities from materials.
This machine features a high-performance baking paint surface treatment, a process that offers structural advantages. The surface is not only smooth and even with long-lasting color, but also forms a dense and hard paint film, giving the equipment excellent scratch resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning and maintenance. The baking paint technology perfectly balances aesthetic appeal with long-term protection, significantly extending the equipment's service life.

Product Features
1. Customer can choose to have only the detection part or additionally the hopper and frame.
2. Different sizes and sensitivities are available.
3. Casters with brakes for easy movement and fixation.
4. LCD screen is convenient for viewing information and adjusting parameters.
5. The whole machine is made of SUS 304.
6. Different machine connection method can be customized, we have flange connection, clamp connection and flexible connection.
(1. If there is no vibration at the inlet and outlet of the equipment where the metal separator connects, flange or clamp connection can be selected. 2. However, if there is vibration at the connection point, a flexible connection should be considered to reduce vibration interference with the machine. )
