Product Description
The powder metal separator utilizes advanced digital technology, featuring an intuitive LCD panel for parameter adjustment. It delivers high detection sensitivity and strong anti-interference performance. Its specialized Y-type impurity rejection system efficiently detects and removes metal impurities (e.g., iron, copper, aluminum, and stainless steel) from various powders, such as milk powder, flour, pharmaceutical powder, and plastic pellets.

1.Multiple pipeline diameters are available to meet different capacity requirements for material.
2.Sensitivity can be adjusted according to product characteristics. Real-time recording of detection and rejection times, and manual clearing of records.
3.Made of stainless steel of 304, it is vibration resistant and adaptable to environment and temperature changes.
4.The rejection system uses a flange connection with a clamp, allowing for quick disassembly and reassembly without the needs for tools, making it easy to clean.
5.Explosion proof customization can be carried out according to the environment and safety needs of the production site to ensure the safe use of equipment.
6.Multiple language choices (Chinese, English, Japanese, etc. Other languages can be customized according to demand).
7.Permission settings, independent administrator password can be set.
8.Passing material characteristics: loose powder, fine granular material, mixed material of particle and powder.
9.Detection temperature of materials: below 80 ℃ and if exceeds this range, special high-temperature material option can be selected.
10. Adaptive power supply 110-240V, 50-60HZ, no need for external transformer.
