Product Description

Metal separator (equipped with a suction machine) can automatically detect and separate metal impurities (copper, iron, aluminum, stainless steel, etc.) in plastic raw and recycled materials. Metal separator can effectively prevent the nozzle and hot channel of molds on injection molding machines and extrudes from being blocked by metal impurities, as well as damage to the barrel screw or scratched molds, thereby avoiding downtime caused by machine or mold  maintenance, improving  production efficiency, and preventing product quality problems caused by metal impurities mixed in injection molded parts.

1. Metal separator with suction machine can save the labor cost of manual feeding. Different models of suction machines can be chosen according to the customer's requirements on capacity, which can achieve automatic feeding.

2. Machine is light and durable, occupies a small space, is easy to install, operate and move. It can be used independently, or connects with other equipment.

3. Using a rapid rejection system to reject out metal impurities fast, can maximize the availability of materials, not affecting the normal production process.

4. Multiple pipeline diameter are available to meet different capacity requirements for material.

5. Passing material characteristics: loose material, dry, with good fluidity, granular and fragmented materials (granule’s diameter, fragment's length<8mm.)

6. Detection temperature of materials: below 80℃ and if exceeds this range, special high-temperature material option can be selected.

7. Optional installation of magnetic separator.

8. Modular component parts replacement, convenient and fast maintenance.

The actual sensitivity may be different accordingly to the characteristics of the tested products or the working environment, it should be based on the actual detection sensitivity.
