Product Description
A pneumatic metal separator is a device used in pressure or vacuum pipiline conveying systems to automatically detect and remove metallic contaminants (e.g., iron, copper, stainless steel) from dry bulk materials, such as powders, granules, or pellets.
Many modern factories now utilize pneumatic conveying systems to enhance efficiency, Coso penumatic metal separator can be installed directly in pneumatic pipilines without interrupting the flow. The machine uses electromagnetic fields to identify and reject metals via a quick-acting valve. It’s common in industries like food, platic, pharmaceuticl, recyling, etc.

Product Feature
1.It can be installed vertically, obliquely, and horizontally, with optional pipe diameters ranging from 40-150 mm.
2.Metal separation will not affect the normal transmission of materials in the pipeline, nor will it affect the pressure in the pipeline.
3.Fast rejection speed, minimal material loss, integrated structure, and easy integration into pipeline systems.
4.Sensitivity can be adjusted according to product characteristics, and the number of detection and rejection times can be recorded in real time and manually cleared.
5.Multiple language function options (Chinese, English, Japanese, etc., other languages can be customized according to demand).
6.Permission settings, independent administrator password can be set.
7.Adaptive power supply 110-240V, 50-60HZ, no need for external transformer.
8.Passing materials: dry, with good fludity, no long fibers.
9.Modular component parts replacement, convenient and fast maintenance.
