Product Description
A pharmaceutical metal separator is a specialized machine designed to detect and remove metal contaminants from pharmaceutical products during manufacturing. It’s typically used in the production of tablets, capsules, pills, ensuring that any metallic impurities, such as iron, aluminum, or stainless steel, are efficiently detected and removed from the product steam. This is crucial for maintaining product purity, safety and compliance with regulatory standards.

Product Feature
1. Height is adjustable and can be connected to different machines, such as polishers, tablet sieving machines, etc.
2.The entire machine is made of SUS 304 , the feed port is made of SUS 316 , and the parts in contact with materials are made of food-grade Teflon
3.Solenoid valve rejection system, no external air source required
4.Equipped with Forma wheels for easy movement and fixation
5.Touch screen or LCD screen can be chosen
6.It has a memory function that can store 100 kinds of product detection parameters. Once the setting is stored, it can be recalled next time without the need to adjust again.
7.The sensitivity can be adjusted according to the characteristics of the product, and the number of detection and elimination can be recorded in real time
8.Multi language function selection (Chinese, English, Korean, Japanese, etc., other languages can be customized according to demand)
9. Adaptive power supply 110-240V, 50-60HZ universal, no external transformer required.
